History
Plus Finance was established in 2001 by Steve Pullen and Nicki Matthews. Prior to starting this business, both Steve and Nicki were involved in various leasing companies and saw a real opportunity to focus solely on the office furniture and fitout leasing market.
Today, fifteen years on, we are number one in the market and the longest established UK lease brokerage that specialises exclusively in the commercial furniture and fitout sector. Unlike our competitors we focus only on leasing in the furniture and interiors market, in fact we don’t do anything else, so you can be sure that you receive a bespoke finance solutions to meet your exact needs.

Steve Pullen – Director
Steve has over 30 years’ experience in the industry, and his career spans several leasing specialists including Schroder Leasing. As co-founder of Plus Finance he works alongside Nicki Matthews building up a large and diverse portfolio of partners including manufacturers and key contractors within the UK, plus some major end-user client.
Nicki Matthews – Director
Nicki has a wealth of experience within the leasing industry. She has been working exclusively within the interiors industry since 1998 when she set up and managed a specialist office furniture and fitout division within another brokerage. She co-founded Plus Finance in 2001, and is now focused on driving the company forward to ensure its continued success as the UK’s leading finance company specialising in this niche market.
Neil Kirby – Director
Neil is the Operations Director and together with his team is responsible for the implementation of all client documentation from proposal stage through to payout and activation. He joined the team at Plus Finance in 2005 and brings considerable leasing experience having worked since 1998 for First National / Abbey & ING Lease UK Limited.
Assets we finance
Plus Finance specialises in the furniture and fitout market. Typically we arrange finance for everything office related including desking, seating and storage, partitioning, cabling, flooring, air conditioning systems, ceilings, lighting, and even (staff-room) kitchens. Our lease packages can also encompass other aspects of the office environment including computer hardware and software, telecoms, audio visual equipment, security systems and photocopiers plus we can arrange lease finance across a wide range of outlets such as bars, cafés and restaurants, as well as hotel or leisure industry refits.
