Plus Finance is a leasing company specialising in arranging lease finance for businesses buying office furniture, and refurbishing or equipping their working environments.

We work in partnership with manufacturers, dealers and contractors to offer leasing to businesses of all sizes and across all commercial sectors. We don’t do anything else; we focus all our attention and activities only on this market.

Who we are

Plus Finance was established in 2001 by Steve Pullen and Nicki Matthews. Prior to starting this business, both Steve and Nicki were involved in various leasing companies and saw a real opportunity to focus solely on the office furniture and fitout leasing market.

Today, we are number one in the market and the longest established UK lease brokerage that specialises exclusively in the commercial fitout sector. Unlike our competitors we focus only on leasing in the interiors market, in fact we don’t do anything else, so you can be sure that you receive a bespoke finance solution to meet your exact needs.

Our directors

Steve Pullen

Steve has over 35 years’ experience in the industry, and his career spans several leasing specialists including Schroder Leasing. As co-founder of Plus Finance he works alongside Nicki Matthews building up a large and diverse portfolio of partners including manufacturers and key contractors within the UK, plus some major end-user clients.

Nicki Matthews

Having worked exclusively within the interiors industry since she established a specialist office furniture and fitout division in 1998, Nicki has a wealth of experience within leasing. She co-founded Plus Finance in 2001, and is now focused on driving the company forward to ensure its continued success as the UK’s leading lease finance company.

Neil Kirby

Neil is the Operations Director and together with his team is responsible for the implementation of all client documentation from proposal stage through to payout and activation. He joined Plus Finance in 2005 and brings considerable leasing experience having worked since 1998 for First National / Abbey & ING Lease UK Limited.

Part owned by employees

Since March 2024 that investment took on a new meaning when the Nicki and Steve – the founders of the business, sold 80% of the business to the employees through an Employee Ownership Trust. That staff dedication and motivation was taken to a new level when our already hugely committed team, became full partners in the business.
