Crossfit Chiltern undertook a major relocation to design a modern, world-class gym space that reflected their growing needs.
The new facility aimed to be more light, airy and adaptable to enhance the member experience. This fit-out included upgrading equipment and improving the overall ambiance to better support their diverse programs, including personal training, group sessions, and specialized kids and teens programs. The total project cost of £85,000 was a significant investment. While essential, the business did not have enough surplus capital readily available for the gym fitout. CrossFit Chiltern needed a flexible solution to bridge this gap without depleting its working capital.
