Cash Flow
We can arrange stage payments to fit in with your usual payment terms. For example, our leases are flexible enough to for us to pay you an up front deposit payment, an interim payment (or payments, depending on the length of the project) and a final payment on completion of the project. All funds are paid within 48 hours from customer signoff. Leasing is also the easiest way to eliminate bad debt, because we effectively act as your credit indemnity agency.

By breaking down the capital cost it is often easier to add on or upgrade projects as the monthly repayments only change slightly.

Discount is one of the most common objections in the sales cycle. Leasing does not always overcome this objection but it is widely recognised that breaking the capital cost down to 36 or 60 monthly repayments can help avoid "discount expectation".

Existing lease customers offer an excellent remarketing opportunity. For example, during the life of the lease, we can add additional equipment (or upgrade existing equipment) but still keep the repayments the same. In addition, when their repayments stop this is an ideal time to sell them new products.

The original supplier will be informed 6 months before a clientÕs lease is due to end and help structure a new project.
